Our Practice

Great Hearts LLC has been serving since 2015. Founded by a Social Worker, Advocate and Business Owner who experienced many years of working for and caring for the youth and families. She's worked with the elder population, studied Human Behavior for over 12 years and Graduated with her second degree/MASTERS from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She has begun pursuing a PhD Journey. Her goal is to expand her practice. With Great Hearts, the Mission is to actively provide useful resources to those in need.

Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals who deeply value the health and well being of others. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality care, Mental Health support & Educational support.

We know that Proactive and preventative measures help keep our community healthier, and we work with that idea in mind. Great Hearts has the wellness services you’d like when you’re feeling fine, and the emergency services you need when a crisis strikes.

We'll be partnering with various Providers, Schools, Hospitals, Mental Health facilities and provide services/programs that are beneficial for all.
